So we did more than take pics all day. We made it to the last of the big Easter egg hunt, no eggs left. Not to worry three angels ran over and dumped out some eggs in front of Bella! "Look mommy where did these come from?" Love four year olds! Not to worry both kids were more interested in the New Huge Park across the way instead of the easter games, so there you have it. We had some good times on the park equipment, pretty much like every other day! So much for all my ideas of cute pictures easter games and face painting. But gosh darnit we had FUN! Later.

My attempt at being...

So i made an attempt at being CRAFTY...Seriously nobody understands how Un-crafty i truly am! Except Heidi which is why she had to practically hold my hand through this project. He-He but it is done even if it isn't amazing...I DID IT!!! And Bella actually Likes it :)

I really love the paper I found, it is Amy Butler but the pic's don't show how cool the patterns really are. Hence why i need a new bombastic camera! Here is Soph's...
I eventually lowered this on her wall but it still has to be out of reach for her monkey hands.

And Bella-boo isn't quite sure where she wants it on her wall so for now it is on the shelf.

So my girls have two totally different personalities! Bella is the more sensitive, girly one and Sophie is the daredevil, crazy one. At least for now that is, it could change one day I know. They are both so much fun in different ways. Here are a few random photos that are funny to me.

My Valentines

Had to put in a couple of random shots of Sophie, she wasn't as into the fun Valentine festivites as her sister. But I leave her alone for a couple of minutes and she has found new "blocks" to play with. Guess she raided the cupboards but what an impressive tower!

Bella loved Valentines! She learned to cute out hearts all by herself! I was so proud of her, i said she should be a professional heart cutter when she grows up! They make good money right?

Been Awhile!

Hi friends and family! Haven't been to into blogging lately have i.;)
But i still have read all of yours...
Too hard to play catch up for the past oh 5 months, so let's just start from this Month. January.
Had great fun at Christmas in Utah, Bella had a Birthday, and Sophie is just as Crazy as ever!

BIG preschool

Bella started "Big"Preschool a few weeks ago and is loving it and so am i! A couple days a week, for a couple of hours is nice...

Last year Bella did Joy school with some little friends and their moms. It got her used to being away from home and doing basic preschool stuff. SO now she calls this the REAL thing, the Big girl preschool! She loves her teachers and wanted me to post a couple of cute pics of the first day! I love that she jumps out of the car and gives me a hug and kiss and runs in to school without a second look back:)

Wow, i haven't blogged in a whole month. Hmm, don't think i have the energy to blog about all the fun stuff we did the past month but I will tell you we went to Utah for 2 weeks! Wow huh! So here are some details about that little vaca...

I got to see my entire family at some point during the trip and it has been at least a year since that happened. Kim and her kids came out from Mississippi and even Lee stopped by for a day on his way back to New Jersey. Of course we hit Lagoon...

Go Sophie, It's your B-day!

Go Sophie its your Birthday! We're gonna party like its your Birthday! (Does anyone else remember this song from way back when??) Except it dosen't say Sophie its says"Shortie"
Anyway, my little girl turned ONE on the 20th of June! Finally getting around to post a couple of pics!
Can I just say that she is such a riot! She is a daredevil to say the least...she will walk right off our bed and just laugh when she lands on her face. So really it is a small miracle that she made it to her first birthday!!
She is also beautiful and smiles all the time! The girl has 6 teeth with two more coming in! They are major chompers. She is also loud, likes to wrestle her big sister, and has the biggest blue eyes ever!! She is not into cuddling right now. It prohibits her new walking freedom. She will walk away from me at the park and never look back. Kinda sad huh?
Just a couple of facts about my walking almost running ONE year old Sophia. Her are some pics from her day.

I made a Ladybug birthday cake, I was kinda proud of myself because i can't even make pancakes.

A bit of Everything

Bella finished her first season of Tot Soccer! I know maybe it was too early for her to play but when Mommy loves soccer what do you expect! She might not be as into it as I hoped but that's cool. I think it was more fun for me getting up early Sat. morning, going to the soccer fields, watching all the games. Just like the good old days! I loved watching Bella run after the ball or so I thought until she tells me " I was pretending to be a flying Pony today". It really was a crack up having kids run the wrong way, stop to pick up flowers, etc. So who knows if she will ever do it again but here are a few photos.

She is a walker/runner, I am not kidding! The girl just loves to walk and fall and will always get back up smiling. So here is a better video of her walking.

This is an old video of when Sophie first started walking and pushing her toy! It makes me laugh although she is now walking across the room all by herself. Go Sophie!

So this weekend I will get a video of that. Sorry Mom and Dad this was all I had.

She is walking as fast as she used to crawl! Kinda scary because she will just fall on her face and get back up to try again! The Kid is crazy!

What I Know Now

So there are some fun moms participating in this mothers day blog bash. It looked like fun and I loved the question to post about...What I know Now.(about being a mom)

I Know now that there are no words in the English language to truly describe Motherhood. It is wonderful but that just dosen't capture it. Sometimes it is scary because I am molding these two beautiful girls that may one day become mothers too and I don't know if I am doing it right. At times my love for them is overwhelming...like did i really gave birth to this precious person? And other times so weird...like when i realize my life is currently consisting of chasing a 10 month old and playing Cinderella 20 times a day!!

I know now what pure love is. It is a constant binding love that will never

end.

I know now what pure pain is. It is giving birth and recovering and having surgeries to recover etc. It is also what I feel when my child is hurt or sad, pain because i would do anything in the world to take that hurt or saddness so that didn't have it.

I Know now that it was worth it. Everything we sacrifice to be a mother everyday is so worth it.
